Pray and Watch

Prayer is a powerful tool that the Lord has given to us so we can access all things needed according to his will. It’s also a weapon that we can use to tear down the gates of hell.  When we pray strong holds are torn down, chains are broken, yolks are destroyed,  family member are saved, marriage are restored, sickness is removed, situation are change. But, while we are praying we have to be watching also. The word of GOD says that the devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy so that why we have to be wide awake to see him coming. Watching in the spirit ream is like driving a car in the nature. When we are driving we don’t have our eyes close because if we did, we would have a wreck and be hurt or killed. So is it in the spiritual ream, we have to keep our spiritual eye open so we can see satan when he comes with all his tricks to keep us from getting to our destination-which is heaven. A lot of time when we pray the devil comes and throw a dart at us and we don’t see it coming because we don’t have our spiritual eyes open. Example: you just left a hot pray meeting at church, and get into it with the kids because they didn’t have the house clean. You go into a rage and lose all that you have gotten(your joy, peace, happiness) out of that pray. See, you wasn’t watching for the dart of the enemies, your  spiritual eyes were close. But, if you would have had them open you would have been able to handle that in another way being firm without loosing all your joy, peace, and happiness. We have to be aware of the tricks of the devil because he will do all that he can to keep us from heaven. So continue to pray and come up off you knees with your spiritual eyes open.
